How much does shipping cost and where can you deliver?
We ship free of charge within Germany and the EU with an order value of 80 EUR or more.
The following applies to all other shipments:
For orders within
Germany: EUR 4.20
EU + CH*: EUR 8.20
GB: 15 EUR.
*Orders to Switzerland are exempted from VAT on our website, your order may be subject to local VAT and importing duties.

How long does delivery take?
We naturally try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, you must keep in mind that we are a small company and things can sometimes take a bit longer. The payment method can also influence the time between placing the order and finally receiving it. For instance, with a bank transfer, we must wait until it has been received in our account and registered by our system. Since our warehouse is in Germany, orders within Germany are of course a bit faster than those to other European countries.
Here are the approximate shipping times:
Germany: approx. 2-4 working days
EU countries and Switzerland: approx. 3-5 working days
Ireland and UK: 3-7 business days
I haven't received my package. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived within the specified time, there could be various reasons. First, check the shipment tracking yourself using the Tracking ID we sent you. If you haven't received this, please just send us a quick message. It's possible that GLS has delivered your package to a nearby GLS Shop. You will find this information in the shipment tracking. However, in the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we will of course take care of it together with GLS. You don't have to worry, as we will definitely send you the products you ordered. But we always have to wait for GLS to complete their investigations, which usually takes about 1-2 weeks.

I would like to return or exchange one or more products. How do I proceed?
Returning or exchanging the order is of course not a problem. Simply print out the return slip , let us know how you would like to proceed and send it together with the products to the following address:

It is only important that the product has not been worn or washed, except when trying it on naturally. Unfortunately, if the product shows signs of wear, we can no longer accept it,
since it can no longer be resold.
We are aware that many larger mail order companies offer free returns and this for many considered standard. However, we made a conscious decision not to do so, because we want to protect the environment want to avoid unnecessary sending back and forth and so returns if possible on one want to keep to a minimum. We hope you can understand that.
I received a defective or wrong product. How does it go from here?
We are all human and make mistakes from time to time. So, if it happens that you have found a processing error in your order, or if you have been sent the wrong product, we naturally offer free return shipping. In this case, please just send us an email (info@virblatt.de) and we will take care of everything else.
I live near your camp. Can I see or try something on site?
Since our warehouse clerk usually works alone and is not on site all the time, this is unfortunately not the case
