How much does shipping cost and where can you ship to?

We ship free of charge within Germany and the EU for orders over 80 EUR. For all other shipments:

For orders within

3,20 EUR
EU + CH: 6,20 EUR
GB: 15 EUR.

Orders to Switzerland you make on our site VAT-exempt, we do not take over the taxes that are
incurred when importing into Switzerland.

How long does the shipping take?

Of course we try to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, you have to keep in mind
that we are a small company and sometimes things take a little longer. Also the payment method
can affect the time between ordering and the final receipt. For example, if you make a bank transfer,
we must first wait until it is received in our account and registered by our system. Since our
warehouse is in Germany, orders within Germany are naturally somewhat faster than those to other
European countries.

Here are the approximate shipping times:
Germany: approx. 2-4 working days
EU countries and Switzerland: approx. 3-5 working days
Ireland and Great Britain: 3-7 working days

I have not received my package. What should I do?

If your package has not arrived within this specified time, there could be several reasons. First of all,
take a look at the tracking ID we have sent you. If you have not received it, please write us a short
message. It may be that GLS has delivered your package to an nearby GLS store. You will find this
information in the tracking. Should it come to the annoying case that your package is lost, we will of
course take care of it together with GLS. Again, you do not have to worry, because we will send you
your ordered products in any case. However, we always have to wait for GLS to complete their
investigation, which usually takes about 1-2 weeks. We ask you to be patient in this case.

I want to return or exchange one or more products. How do I proceed?

A return or exchange of the order is of course no problem. Just print out the return form, let us
know how you want to proceed and send it together with the products to the following address:

It is only important that the product has not been worn or washed, except when trying it on of
course. If the product has signs of wear, we can unfortunately no longer accept it, as it can then no
longer be resold.
We are aware that many larger mail order companies offer free returns and for many this is
considered standard. However, we have deliberately decided against it, because we want to avoid
unnecessary sending back and forth for the sake of the environment and thus keep returns to a

I have received a defective or wrong product. What happens now?

We are all only human and make mistakes from time to time. So if it happens that you have found a
processing error in your order, or you have been sent the wrong product, we of course offer free

I live near your warehouse. Could I look at or try on something on the spot?

Unfortunately, as our stockist usually works alone and is not on site all the time, this is not possible,
