Men's harem pants - the cuts at a glance

All our men's trousers have an elastic waistband and a low crotch. The difference lies in how much fabric drapes and how the leg finishes at the bottom.

1. Harem pants: medium-low crotch, cuffs at the ankles. The all-rounder for everyday wear, travel and yoga.
2. Aladdin pants: lower crotch, more volume, a fuller drape. The more eye-catching cut.
3. Pluderhosen and harem pants: two names for the same idea - lots of fabric, often with drawstrings at the sides instead of cuffs.
4. Short harem pants: end below the knee, ideal for summer and festivals.

Pockets and workmanship

We pay particular attention to the pockets in our men's trousers. Most models have two side-entry pockets and an additional two side pockets with zippers - the crucial difference at festivals, while travelling or on a bike. Some trousers have back pockets and belt loops.

Many models feature handwoven Hilltribe details from northern Thailand or a hand-embroidered mandala on the side pocket. Depending on the model, the cuffs at the ankles are either elasticated or can be worn open.

Cotton, linen or hemp?

We make most of our trousers from steam-treated cotton from Thailand - lightweight, breathable and easy to care for. We also offer models made from linen blends, which are noticeably cooler in midsummer, and from a cotton-hemp blend: more durable, odor-neutral and softer with every wash. What you won't find here: polyester. With so much fabric against your body, it quickly becomes uncomfortable on a warm day.

Sizes up to XXL

We offer S/M, L/XL and XXL. Thanks to the elastic waistband, one model often fits across two clothing sizes. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one - the cut relies on drape, not tightness. For larger sizes, the drawstring models are the better choice because the width can be adjusted.

How to style harem pants

Wide at the bottom means slim at the top. A simple shirt or a fitted button-down balances out the volume. With patterned trousers, keep the rest understated. Pair them with flat shoes - our hemp shoes are deliberately designed with flat soles. In winter, the cuff can be tucked into the shaft of a boot.

If you prefer a subtle look, choose a solid-colored model in black or olive. It barely stands out in everyday life and is more comfortable than any pair of jeans. If you dress in a boho or hippie style, go for the patterned versions.
